Artist Statement 

I wanted to do something from the Wolf of Wall Street movie because that is my favorite movie. It was pretty hard because the only picture I had of me in a suit was during prom. I had to make it work and used the stamp tool to fill in the blank. I would have made it better if I had a suit here, but I don't so I had to make it work. I used the brush tool to cut out Jordan Beltford in the original image. I then cut myself out and pasted it into the Wolf of Wall Street photo. It turned out pretty well and I hope you guys like it too.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXRT3dHu6_o In the video, he was using a lot of boxes. We did that in class and it was pretty fun. This would be helpful when trying to make a slide show. You would be able to make this in InDesign. I feel that InDesign is only really useful for making letters or slide shows. It turned out that he was making an advertisement or a picture with food in it. Again it seems that all these videos just turn out to be making a letter or a slide show. I don't really see the benefit of making it in InDesign when you could just make this in PowerPoint in 2 minutes. original picture   Self portrait  propaganda  I decide I wanted to do this propaganda because I feel that it is a very simple, but has a strong message. I think this is a great propaganda poster because it is actually a very important message. I have experienced this when driving and it always annoys me. I used very simple tools when creating this propaganda poster. I also used the fade in the background to get the attention of the reader. I think my inspiration was coming from my own personal life. Like I said I have had many close calls driving because people run red lights and stop signs. It is very scary, and people should take this seriously. I hope other like this propaganda post and can relate to this. I created this to spread a good message that actually has a very important meaning.
