Artist Statement 

    I wanted to keep my logo very basic and clean looking. I wanted something that is basic and describes me as a person. In my logo I include a sun which is think is very clean looking and makes the logo pop. In the middle it has B8MAC, B is my first initial and 8 is my favorite number. The MAC is for my last name or what some of my friends call me. The main idea I got from it was the Rhode Island license plate to have B8MAC in my logo. I knew I couldn't use the license plate, so I had to come up with a different idea and I came up with that logo. I used the circle tool and the pen tool a lot for this logo and think it looks pretty good. I also picked those colors because I think the colors match very well and make the logo flow very well.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXRT3dHu6_o In the video, he was using a lot of boxes. We did that in class and it was pretty fun. This would be helpful when trying to make a slide show. You would be able to make this in InDesign. I feel that InDesign is only really useful for making letters or slide shows. It turned out that he was making an advertisement or a picture with food in it. Again it seems that all these videos just turn out to be making a letter or a slide show. I don't really see the benefit of making it in InDesign when you could just make this in PowerPoint in 2 minutes. original picture   Self portrait  propaganda  I decide I wanted to do this propaganda because I feel that it is a very simple, but has a strong message. I think this is a great propaganda poster because it is actually a very important message. I have experienced this when driving and it always annoys me. I used very simple tools when creating this propaganda poster. I also used the fade in the background to get the attention of the reader. I think my inspiration was coming from my own personal life. Like I said I have had many close calls driving because people run red lights and stop signs. It is very scary, and people should take this seriously. I hope other like this propaganda post and can relate to this. I created this to spread a good message that actually has a very important meaning.
