You would be able to make this in InDesign. I feel that InDesign is only really useful for making letters or slide shows. It turned out that he was making an advertisement or a picture with food in it. Again it seems that all these videos just turn out to be making a letter or a slide show. I don't really see the benefit of making it in InDesign when you could just make this in PowerPoint in 2 minutes.
